Ft. the study is $4,999, anything over 640 Sq. Ft. is site specific. The feasibility study covers the following aspects of your project:
- Structural engineering and calculations to ensure the proposed structure is safe and secure.
- Detailed foundation specifications to support the structure.
- Cost estimates for the approved structure, so you have a clear understanding of the budget for the project.
- Architectural drawings and elevations to give you a visual representation of the proposed structure.
- Site plan for the structure, which will outline its location on the property and its relationship to other structures.
